There is nothing more deadly than nirvana.
At least your Christian concepts give you some twilight hopes of a stifling and boring paradise, where your individuality can at least express itself, and nirvana extends no such comfort. Instead it offers you the annihilation of your personality, in a bliss that destroys the integrity of your being. Run from such bliss!

ego trap
People can get to a certain level of understanding, and without them even knowing it, the ego tricks them into thinking they understand all there is to know. It's why the truly wise are not afraid to say, "I don't know."
good vs. evil
That is my major objection to the concept of good and evil, it blinds people from the truth... any given thing that happens, even the most heinous of crimes, can lead to benefits that would not otherwise have been available to the individual or group had the thing being judged as "evil" not occured.
Likewise, the things which we call "good" can often have detrimental effects down the road, and we so often sacrifice our long term benefit for a short term benefit because we call it "good" and so think no further on it.
Isn't it better to learn cause and effect, seeing things for what they are, and avoid judgments of things entirely? What advantage of does seeing things as good and evil bring that learning cause and effect doesn't?
