It seems like AA wants you to believe the reason you drink and do drugs is because you don't have God.

But to me, it seems like the reason people start abusing drink and drugs in the first place is because of our society's fucked up ideas about what God is, and who "He" loves.

People need to feel loved unconditionally. If our systems don't honor that fact, they will fail and be replaced by new ones...

until we complete the circle and start over again ;)
